CRITICAL RULE: CREDIT CONSUMPTION VOIDS REFUNDSUpTube runs on a high-cost multi-agent pipeline using advanced models (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5 Pro). To protect the platform against API abuse and credit scraping, consuming credits voids your eligibility for refunds on that specific charge. No exceptions can be made.
Monthly Subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Studio)
- Charged immediately upon subscribing (there is no free trial period).
- Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the charge date, provided that exactly 0 credits from the active billing cycle have been used.
- If you use even one credit (for channel previews, script generations, SEO auditing, or competitor analytics), the billing cycle becomes fully non-refundable.
Credit Top-Up Packages
- Top-up credits are purchased as pay-as-you-go credit packs.
- Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that exactly 0 credits from that specific package have been consumed.
- Partial refunds are not supported. If any credits from the package are spent, the entire package is non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings.
- Cancellation halts future automatic renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for already billed cycles.
- Upon canceling, you retain access to your active workspace and credit balance until the end of your current billing period.
